The room felt too expensive for how old it was, and the pool was freezing with no heater. We came with our family and children, and the room we were first given had no AC, so we had to upgrade to a suite because staying there with the kids wasn't workable. It was hot at night, though the water was very cool. The free minibar was there, but they only provided two bottles of water for six people. When I asked for more, they sent just two more. Four bottles for a whole day and night is far too little, especially when you need water to make milk for the kids. Management really needs to think this through.

It's good to see Inna Tretes making positive changes. The landscaping is being looked after, and the food quality has improved too. Those touches make it a comfortable, beautiful place to stay, with delicious food. We'd gladly return and see how things keep progressing.

We spent 3D2N at Inna Tretes and had a really lovely stay. The mountain view and fresh air made the atmosphere special, and the room was great. Staff were friendly, quick to respond, and proactive. Loved staying here. Thank you, Inna Tretes.

Set close to a hill on one side, this mid century hotel is a beautiful place for a quiet staycation away from the crowds. The facilities feel quite advanced, and the hospitality was very good. Breakfast is included with a good variety of dishes, and the price is affordable.
