The deluxe room had one good point: its size. The rest of the room facilities were very disappointing. The water heater didn't work, there was no bath soap, and the breakfast was neither fresh nor tasty. With such poor service and facilities, it didn't feel worthy of being called a three-star hotel.

The room was large and clean, with a roomy wardrobe in the standard room and cool air conditioning. Staff were friendly, and there was enough parking. The WiFi kept losing its signal, and the hot water sometimes failed in the morning.

Right in the centre of Tuban, with an affordable room rate, this is a good place to stay overnight if you don't need extras such as a gym or pool.

The location is convenient for a transit stop or short stay, and the staff were attentive and friendly. The room and premises were clean, but I couldn't get hot water for the shower. I also couldn't log in to the WiFi, so that needs repair.

I attended a meeting on the third floor. The chicken dishes were good, but the coffee tasted like dirt. In the meeting room toilet, the flush didn't work properly, and there was no charging outlet for my laptop. The public WiFi also required a password.
