Breakfast was good overall and tasted nice. The room was modern, well kept, and clean, with a comfortable bed and Google TV. The bath had very good warm water, but the shower did not, and the one in Room 510 needs to be replaced with a larger one. The internet could be better: it sometimes disconnected, and connecting to it wasn't easy. A good option for a business trip.

The staff made the stay a delight. They were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to meet our needs. Our room was stylish, comfortable, and very clean, and breakfast was nice too. I'd absolutely recommend this hotel.

I liked the hotel's water jug marked "Sealed" instead of the single-use mineral water bottles other hotels often provide. A more environmentally friendly idea that deserves to be copied. The bed also had a bolster (guling) as well as pillows, which was excellent. When I asked at check-in about the mushola (prayer room), the receptionist kindly offered a sarong and prayer mat (sajadah). The smart TV let guests open YouTube, Netflix, Vidio, and other video subscription apps. Al-Fattah Mosque is 300 meters away, about a four-minute walk, across the road. Thank you, Azana.

The room was clean, roomy, and beautifully designed, with plenty of space for a family. Staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help, and room service was quick and efficient. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it for comfort and hospitality.

We got into the habit of having coffee on the rooftop in the evening. The room was clean, with natural light coming through a large glass window, and the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast had a decent range of food. It was a nice stay, and we'll definitely come back.
