I appreciated how responsive and kind the staff were. When I was having trouble sleeping, they found me earplugs, and they also arranged a late check-out after my late check-in. That was really thoughtful. The apartment felt spacious, stylish and comfortable. I loved the large mirror and big TV, and the view from the window/balcony added a lovely atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable, with fresh new bedding. Everything was clean, especially the bathroom, where the shower had strong pressure and plenty of hot water. There were lots of towels and everything I needed. The kitchen had cookware and a refrigerator, and it was fully set up for cooking. There was also a clothes steamer and a safe for valuables. A very pleasant stay, thank you!

Our room was high up, with an incredible view of the volcanoes and rice fields. Lying in the pool and taking it all in was so relaxing. The room itself was cozy, with soft light bedding, parquet floors and lots of wood, and it felt both comfortable and luxurious. I’ll definitely come back!

The pool was fantastic, spacious, clean, and a great place to unwind. The staff were so kind and attentive, and made sure we felt looked after throughout our stay. We had an amazing time at this villa and are definitely coming back. Great choice for a peaceful, cozy getaway!

The apartment is brand new, really clean, and I loved its design. It’s beautiful and so quiet, with an amazing view. On a clear day you can even see the mountains from the balcony. I’d highly recommend staying here.
