We couldn’t finish our booking because the room was in such bad shape that staying wasn’t an option. There was visible mold, the toilet was broken, and the sheets were torn and dirty. The TV advertised for the room wasn’t there either. When we asked staff about moving to another room, they said none were available, so we had to leave. The room fell below basic cleanliness and maintenance standards, and the situation was handled very poorly. A very disappointing stay, and I can’t recommend this place.

The views were stunning, and the location was handy, close to the best beaches but far enough from the noise. Kuta is a 20-minute drive away. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with good air conditioning for the tropical heat. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and ready to help. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it for comfort and convenience.

The room smelled strongly of mold, the sheets were stained, and the bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned after the previous guest. I had a very bad experience. It’s a long way from central Kuta and hard to get to. I found much nicer places for the same price, so I wouldn’t recommend it.

The view from the pool is next level, and the rooms are cozy and really nice. I booked two nights at Blue Monkey but stayed an extra week because I loved it so much. Andre treated me like family. He took me exploring waterfalls and came with me to the local mountain market, where I got to experience genuine culture. Thank you, Andre, for an unforgettable stay 👌✨

The road there is rough, so getting to the place takes some effort, but it’s completely worth it. The view is amazing, everything is comfortable, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. I totally recommend it!
