Cersen Resort Lombok

The staff were especially friendly and helpful during our four days here. They gave us information, welcome drinks, and were available around the clock. When I hurt my leg on the last day, they did everything they could to help. Many thanks. It’s an amazing place about 10 minutes outside Kuta.

Mus, Tomy, and the rest of the staff went out of their way to help with anything we needed. I’m grateful for all their smiles. In just a few days, it felt like we’d become family, and the people are what we’ll remember most. Thank you, Cersen team. We really loved meeting you. The bed mattresses were amazingly comfortable. The property was fairly empty and needed maintenance, and the rooms and AC weren’t the best, though for the price it was all okay. The pool wasn’t clean, so unfortunately we didn’t use it.

Staying here in nature near the bat caves was a unique experience, and I love this place. Mus is an attentive, helpful manager. Thanks to the owner Pak Hadimi, the caves are protected. It’s important to preserve places like this, and I hope his family keeps protecting these wonderful creatures. The huts need some general upkeep, including fixing doors, and the pool could be cleaned better. Still, for the price and the one-of-a-kind setting, I can’t complain. We’ll come back someday ❤️

The owner and staff are nice and helpful, and the air conditioning worked well. It’s quiet and relaxing, just a short scooter ride from busy downtown Kuta. I spent three nights here and loved it. I’d happily stay again. Sit by the restaurant just after 6pm to watch all the bats fly out of the cave.
