The setting at Amora Ubud is peaceful, surrounded by nature with fresh air and serene views to wake up to. My room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed, and the staff were attentive, professional, and kind whenever I needed help. I felt at ease from the moment I arrived, thanks to the warm welcome and thoughtful hospitality. The location makes it easy to enjoy Ubud’s calm and charm while staying close to local attractions. I had a delightful stay and would recommend Amora Ubud to anyone looking for comfort, quiet, and caring service. Thank you to the whole team for making it so memorable.

The lush forest backdrop and secluded setting made this a lovely romantic getaway for me and my husband. The staff were exceptionally courteous, kind, and accommodating, and the layout is gorgeous. Getting around to explore Bali can be tricky because online taxis aren’t allowed in the area. The hotel offers taxi services, but they often cost two to three times more than online taxis. There’s a pickup spot for online taxis a 20-minute walk away, and the hotel is upfront about that. The location is peaceful, but the distance can make it harder to reach the center. There’s no iron in the room, though we used their reasonably priced laundry and ironing service. The spa treatments were excellent. One small suggestion: dimmer lighting or candles during massages would help, since opening your eyes to a brightly lit room right afterward feels unsettling.

The candlelit dinner on our last night was such a special memory. The staff had set up a private gazebo in a shared area just for my girlfriend and me, and every detail felt thoughtful and romantic. They also made the whole stay feel personal, and I’m grateful for how kind and attentive everyone was. We’d come to Amora Ubud Boutique Villas after months of backpacking, wanting a quieter, more comfortable few days before leaving Bali. Our villa was spacious and beautifully suited to the natural surroundings, with a terrace, an outdoor bathtub, and our own pool. We asked for floating breakfast one morning, which was a fun and unusual treat. There’s also a shared infinity pool by the bar and breakfast area, with lovely views. We had a massage and body mask at the spa, then relaxed in a warm bath decorated with flower petals spelling our names. We also joined a morning yoga session, a calm way to start the day. The property felt peaceful and romantic, and was a great fit for a couple’s getaway.

The people made our dinner at Amora Ubud the best part of the trip. Everyone we met was warm and attentive, and the servers were friendly as well as efficient. The manager checked in with us personally and shared some great local tips, which made us feel very welcome. The setting was beautiful and the food was exquisite. It was a magical evening, and we’d happily recommend the place and come back.
