The trip to Kuta with Arii was a pleasure, and I enjoyed hearing about the local culture. I've been to Bali many times, but this stay at Honai Resort Ubud was truly special, thanks to the whole team. From being picked up at the airport by Arii to checking in with Puma, I felt well looked after straight away. Everyone was cheerful and helpful, and nothing felt like too much trouble. The spa staff were lovely too, though I can't remember their names. My treatments started with a refreshing turmeric drink and ended with lemongrass tea. I especially recommend the healing touch package, a perfect way to finish the stay. The food was fresh, delicious, and served in very generous portions, with lovely attention to detail. Room service always arrived with a smile, and the breakfast team were fabulous. My room was made up perfectly every day. Thank you to the Yoginis and all the women there, and to everyone who made this such a beautiful stay.

Pure joy. The room and bathroom were big, the bed was comfortable, and the pool was great. There was greenery everywhere, with lots of plants. The food at Hotapa kitchen was delicious, and the professional spa center was an extra treat. The staff were exceptional, with Nopey at reception always ready to help. One of my nicest holidays ever, everything was perfect.

The little touches made this stay feel luxurious. When it rained, staff rushed out with an umbrella, and when my air con started leaking, they were in the room within five minutes and had it fixed. During my May 2026 stay, I was there for a Pickleball Retreat. The room, staff, and attention to detail were all spot on. Everyone was exceptional, couldn't do enough for you, and treated you like royalty. The room was beautiful and the facilities were great. I'd have liked to be closer to town, but they do have a courtesy van that takes you there and brings you back. Thanks to all the staff for making it a 10 out of 10 stay. I fully recommend it.

Booking tours through the resort was easy, and Angar gave me a fantastic one. He was kind, professional, and attentive throughout my stay, making sure I was comfortable and even carrying my luggage so I didn't have to worry. It really felt like he cared about giving guests the best experience. The staff as a whole were warm, friendly, and always willing to go further to help. You can tell they enjoy their jobs, and that positive feeling carries over to the guests. Honai Resort Ubud felt welcoming and relaxing from the start. The rooms were stunning, modern, cozy, beautifully designed, and spotless. The restaurant was also excellent. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, carefully prepared, and high quality. I highly recommend it for anyone coming to Ubud who wants warm hospitality and lovely people as well as a beautiful hotel.

The shuttle runs at three set times a day, and you need to arrange it an hour ahead. Our room was spacious, clean, and gave us decent privacy. We also got a free 10 minute welcome spa, which was a nice bonus. Puma at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. She made check-in and check-out go smoothly and took care of our needs. We'd happily recommend Honai and hope to come back soon.
