Impiana Private Villas Ubud

I loved the private pool and sunbed in the outdoor area of my one-bedroom garden-facing villa. The decor was lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was amazing. There were tea and coffee facilities, too. If you can tear yourself away, the property also has two beautiful shared pools. The staff were welcoming and seemed to know my plans each day, which was sweet. I had breakfast at Bijan every morning. The buffet had a decent selection, and the à la carte menu was a nice extra. Bali coffee was delicious, and I'd recommend the beef rendang for dinner. I also had a facial and massage at the spa, and those two relaxing hours were bliss. The villas are about 20 minutes from town, with a shuttle available twice a day. A beautiful place with lovely people looking after you. Highly recommended.

It was my first time in Ubud, and Impiana Private Villas made it a heavenly stay. The resort felt brand new, with beautiful design and high-quality touches. I've stayed in very few places as nice as this. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I hope we can return when we're back in Bali next year. Thanks for making our visit so special.

The spa was a highlight, with a gorgeous setting, great therapists, and a balcony where I could listen to the river before and after my massage. Our spacious villa was comfortable and beautifully cared for, with excellent daily housekeeping and turndown service. The resort was quiet during our stay and is still relatively new, but the service and experience were consistently good. The staff went above and beyond, and most knew us by name or room number. Erica and Julia gave us a very warm checkout. WhatsApp communication was seamless whenever we needed something. Most of the food was excellent, though some dishes stood out more than others. The breakfast buffet was small, but the à la carte choices more than made up for it. The gym was also small, but fine for a holiday workout. A couple of small ideas for next time: sanitizing wipes in the gym would be useful. We also got a call at 10pm the night before checkout asking about our morning plans and whether we needed a taxi. It was thoughtful, but we'd already gone to bed, so an earlier call would've been better. A beautiful, relaxing stay with great service. I'd highly recommend it and would return.

The villas were beautifully designed, and the accommodation and facilities exceeded what we expected. Cleanliness and housekeeping were top-notch, and all the staff were helpful and welcoming. The manager was especially courteous and kind. My wife and I stayed a couple of nights and had a wonderful time. The one small drawback was that the spa felt a little overpriced compared with other five-star hotels nearby. Aside from that, everything was outstanding. Honestly, I'd give this place more than five stars. One of the best stays we've had.
