The staff were polite and courteous, and we had a good stay overall. The boutique hotel sits among greenery with a small river beside it. It can be a little tricky to find because the access road is small, like many roads here, though there are a few signs. Private ride-hailing works, and we used Gojek to reach nearby restaurants and attractions. A nearby laundry offers express, one-day, and three-day service at a reasonable price by weight. Our room was spacious, with wooden interiors and no carpet. The bed and sofa were exceptions to the wood, but even the toilet counter was wooden, which wasn’t ideal with water splashing from the basin. The toiletries could be better: soap, shampoo, and conditioner came in little ceramic bottles, and I worried my child might drop one while showering. The rain shower was great, though a regular shower head would help since my toddler was scared of the rain shower. Breakfast is a la carte, with Western, Indian, Indonesian, and some vegetarian options. They also offer a supermarket shuttle, but having to book a day ahead seemed ridiculous to me. It should run hourly.

We’re very pleased and keep coming back. The place is quiet, beautiful, and peaceful, and everything is clean. The staff are really nice and friendly. They even let us check out an hour late and come down for breakfast later. Our room has a microwave, kettle, mini fridge, and even a toaster.

Once you find it, the resort feels like a hidden heaven. It’s tucked away in a remote part of Ubud, so it can take a while to locate, but then you get cozy rooms, a small pool, and the sound of the stream, away from the city bustle and surrounded by the village. The restaurant staff were excellent, and the dishes were genuinely tasty, especially the Balinese food. An early morning bike ride around the village can be a blissful experience.

The staff are very friendly and the service is decent. It’s a good hotel, though a little outside the main area. There isn’t soundproofing in the rooms, so you can hear people pulling trolleys along the hallway or talking loudly in the next room.

It was our first time in Bali and our first hotel there, and we had a really lovely experience. The food was impeccable, especially breakfast, and the kitchen stayed open all day. After a long day exploring the island, it was great to sit down at the hotel for a nice evening meal. All the staff were so kind and ready to help. Spending time there was a real pleasure. Five stars for a truly nice stay, and we’ll definitely come back.
