The staff were really nice, but that didn't make it any easier to sleep with the moldy pillows and creepy crawlies in the standard room. I can't speak to the premium room, but I wouldn't recommend the standard one. The price is low, though after staying here I'd rather pay more for a clean room.

The delicious breakfast, especially the banana pancakes, and the kind welcome made this feel like a truly relaxing stay. The family and staff were always smiling and went out of their way to help. I felt very safe and grateful for their kindness. There's a beautiful home beside rice fields, and the rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows, AC, and a large bathroom with a bath. After a year in shared hostel rooms, that felt like real luxury. It's an easy 25 minute walk downhill to the centre of Ubud, or a Grab can arrive within minutes. I would definitely book again if I return.

The owner was really nice and the rooms were great. There was a smell in our first room, but they quickly moved us to another one and took care of us.

I was uncomfortable all night and wouldn't recommend staying here. The place, including the entrance, was really dirty, and there were little ants crawling on my mattress. I managed to get rid of them and was lucky to have packed a sleep sack. It might do for one night, but I wouldn't stay longer.

Putu and his family made us feel so at home, and we hope to see them again. They helped arrange activities at a really good price and can provide transport too. The breakfast was delicious every morning, and so was the food at their warung out front. It's a lovely place to stay, about a 15/20 minute walk from central Ubud. That makes it a little quieter while still being easy to get around on foot. Thank you for such a beautiful stay ❤️
