I spent a month here and found it peaceful and quiet. The unit is simple, spacious and clean, and the family looking after the property are amazing and very responsive. I rated the location low because it's in a suburb, though there are some restaurants close by. It's best to rent a scooter to get around, since Ubud Centre is about 10 min away. Thanks to Mali’s and family.
The room was comfortable and had a fridge, and it was clean. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly. This is a nice quiet location away from the main road, and you could easily stay for a while, especially with your own scooter or a hired driver. The city centre looks close, but you can't walk there, so without a scooter you'll need to hire a driver or take taxis everywhere.
A lovely, friendly community in a spot that works well for Ubud and Penestenen. The place feels very safe, and though it's tucked away on a quiet street, the staff are lovely.
Quiet and comfortable, with a countryside feel, beautiful gardens and friendly staff. People really enjoyed staying here. I thought it was a great recommendation.
The room smelled of mold as soon as I arrived, so I left straight away. There was mold growing on the bathroom mirror. When I told the owner, they replied that other people like the room. Beware.
