The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali

The peaceful setting looks out over a lush forest, and we found plenty of chances to unwind by the pool or eat at the restaurant just steps away. The Westin Ubud made for a really enjoyable family stay, especially with a young child. Miss Safitri and her team made the biggest impression. We were greeted warmly with a lovely cultural welcome, then shown around the hotel. Her leadership came through in the thoughtful service throughout our visit. Housekeeping kept us comfortable, while the restaurant and front desk teams remembered our coffee preferences and food needs each day. We felt well cared for. We also enjoyed the evenings, with acoustic music in the lobby and a drink, or the quiet sounds of nature after dark. Thanks to the whole Westin Ubud team for a stay we’ll remember. We’ll be back. At breakfast, the team remembered that we loved dragonfruit and brought us cut-up fruit every morning without being asked. They also made an effort to learn our names, and that personal care is what made our stay at the Westin in Ubud so special. Everyone was incredibly friendly and made sure we had a great time. The room felt cozy, and the pool was amazing. I’d absolutely recommend the Westin to anyone visiting Ubud or Bali.

We had such a great time at the Westin Ubud. The service made us feel like we mattered more than anyone else, and Siftari, our hotel host, was accommodating, quick to respond, and full of useful local tips. The room was spacious, the bed really comfortable, and the shower was the best part. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Ubud. 💕

We spent four days in Kuta, then three at the Westin in Ubud. As soon as I walked into the hotel, I wished we’d spent the whole vacation there. We felt welcome from the start, and everything was spotless. The staff took such personal care of us that we felt special. It was my birthday, and they’d decorated the bed with balloons and towel art. They later sent a cake to the room, and there was another cake at breakfast. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had, so make sure it’s included in your package. We also tried the Arak festival, which was great. The pool was lovely and clean.
