Uma Dawa Resort and Spa

The Wi-Fi was a little weak in some areas, but it didn't get in the way of a relaxing stay. Umadawa Resort feels peaceful and is nicely designed, mixing modern comfort with traditional Balinese architecture. The room was spacious, clean, well cared for, and had a comfortable bed and the amenities I needed. I especially liked the private balcony over the greenery, and the calm pool area was great for lounging in the sun. Staff were warm and ready to help, with a smooth check-in and check-out and useful local suggestions. The restaurant had tasty breakfasts and some really good local dishes, though a bit more variety would be nice. Good value overall. I'd recommend it to anyone after a quiet, comfortable stay in Bali.

Please don't stay here, especially if you have young children. We booked four nights, but left within five minutes of arriving. The bathroom was very dirty, the faucets didn't work, and there was no toilet paper. The place is very old, and I also didn't feel it was safe. Balinese culture, beliefs, and religion are strong and shouldn't be messed with. Look at the pictures.

Hi, I checked with the four rooms today at around 9:30. Later, sometime between 11 and 12, I had an unpleasant experience at the resort while going back and forth between the room and the main gate. Afterward, I saw the negative energy reviews on your Google page.

Make sure to check whether your room has windows before booking. Ours smelled musty and was hard to breathe in, with a general old smell. It's not far from the center, but you'll need a bike. We didn't use the pool because it didn't look clean, although other people were there.
