For a quiet stay near Ubud among lush green rice fields, I’d recommend Villa Bali Green. The villa is tastefully furnished, mixing Western and Balinese styles, and the staff and management were very friendly and attentive to everything we needed.

A gorgeous, comfortable villa, serviced every day. It’s on a quiet lane but still close to the action. A great place to stay.

The staff were amazing, with lovely people and lovely service, and the place feels very private. It’s outside Ubud, but coffee shops are close and Cantons Zest spa is just up the road. Getting into Ubud by taxi takes about 15 minutes.

A peaceful, pretty villa among the rice fields, with its own pool. Breakfast was excellent, and the snacks and beers in the minibar were reasonably priced. Room service runs until 10pm.

The rooms and pool were great, and the water wasn’t too cold. There are businesses and nice amenities nearby, and ordering room service makes it easy to stay in. Prices were good too. The living room could use air-conditioning when there are several guests, and the Wi-Fi only worked in half of our villa.
