Wapa di Ume Ubud Resort & Spa

The rooms were spacious, comfortable and well maintained, and felt like good value. Breakfast at Mr. Wayan, Coffee & Eatery was excellent, with great vegetarian options made to order. We also had a rejuvenating Balinese spa experience. Nadia, one of the best Front Desk Managers we've met, was always available and incredibly helpful. The attentive service and thoughtful details from the whole team made our stay memorable. The resort reflects Ubud's authentic culture and is very close to Ubud market. Wapa Di Ume lives up to its tagline as a different kind of resort. Highly recommended!

The resort is beautiful, and we were lucky to see the rice paddies with both fully grown and foreign rice. The food was delicious, the portions were good for the price, and we enjoyed our meals enough to order a little extra. Our clean, spacious room had everything we needed, and while bugs can't be completely avoided in the forest, we didn't see too many inside. What really stood out was the hospitality. Everyone, from the front desk and restaurant team to housekeeping and security, was kind, smiling and greeting us as we walked around. Staff even made an effort to remember and use our names. We got slickly and received a free room upgrade too. The central location made it easy to get around U us, and Grab and taxi drivers were easy to reach. My wife and I were visiting Bali for the first time, but our trip was short, so we only spent two nights at Wapa di ume Ubud. Those two nights showed me what true hospitality should feel like. It's one of the best resort stays I've had, and next time we're in Bali we plan to stay longer. We'll miss this place!

The birthday surprise they helped me arrange for my boyfriend made the trip extra special. All through our stay, the staff were so friendly and accommodating, greeting us with things like “good morning,” “welcome back” and “have a nice day.” We loved the facilities too: the jungle forest spa, two beautiful infinity pools and a floating breakfast. The cultural dinner was a highlight, with a spectacular performance and delicious food. The experience was amazing from start to finish. Highly recommend!

My pool villa felt private and beautiful, like somewhere truly special, and I really enjoyed staying at Wapa di Ume in Ubud. The grounds were lovely and well maintained, the gym had everything I needed, restaurant service was excellent, and the spa was outstanding. Even the laundry came back perfectly done. Rai the manager helped make the stay even better. Everyone was so attentive and checked in often to see if they could improve my experience. The staff gave me some of the best service I've had anywhere. I'd absolutely come back.
