We planned to stay one night, but the room was so dirty that we cancelled and had to find another hotel. We asked for a refund and were refused, with a free coffee offered instead. There was a dead cockroach on the floor, ants and worms in the bathroom, and an insect in the toothbrushing glass. The room was dusty. The location was nice, and the place has potential if it’s maintained properly.

I’d had this place on my bucket list since 2016, and finally stayed here over New Year 2022. The atmosphere was cool, with a nice view and good coffee. There was hot water and a nice jogging track through the coffee plantation. It’s suited to a family holiday or a small group of friends, and there’s a waterboom for kids.

We booked two rooms for a family getaway, supposedly for two nights, but my kids said there was no way they’d stay any longer. The rooms felt old, and the bathrooms were bad, with lots of little red worms on the floor and walls that I had to flush away before using the bathroom. The view was nice, at least.

The view and location are good, but the room was very dirty, old, and spooky. It’s supposed to be a resort, but I’ll never come back.

The price is pretty cheap, but for a place that’s supposed to be a resort, the rooms are old and need refurbishing. There were lots of little insects, like ants, and the bed smelled a bit.
