The grounds are kept up really well, and they feel cozy, especially in the evenings. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, always willing to help with questions, which gave the place a family-like feel. Aris was especially helpful and shared several tips for my time in Bali, thanks! The restaurant on site serves delicious food at any time of day. You can get to everything you need within a 5-minute walk: laundry, restaurants, sports facilities, ATMs, and supermarkets. Highly recommended.

The quiet, well-kept grounds and relaxing spa made it easy to switch off, and the food was a real highlight. Breakfast was fresh and nicely prepared, and the restaurant staff were attentive. Our room was spacious, clean, and neatly arranged, with a comfortable bed. From arrival, the whole team made us feel welcome and looked after, with thoughtful service throughout. My Dream Bali Resort and Spa exceeded what we expected. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

The staff were kind, but the manager lied to us, kept us waiting, and refused to speak with us. We booked three nights and could barely sleep the first night: the room was dusty, dirty linen made my skin itchy, and there were bugs everywhere. We weren't offered another room, and our refund request was declined. I've traveled in developed and developing countries, and this was the worst experience I've had. There are plenty of better and cheaper places nearby, so I'd avoid this one. I expect the property will reply with a template response, and I know it'll be a lie.

The pool could use a little work, but it was a much-needed spot to cool down. I loved staying at My dream Bali, especially the villas, which felt like a more authentic experience. The staff were lovely and helpful, and I was lucky to join a meditation session onsite with the beautiful Thai monks. There are lots of food choices nearby, and it's conveniently located for exploring Uluwatu. Thankyou 🙏
