The neighborhood is quiet and well located, with plenty of local warrungs and fancier restaurants nearby. We’re staying in a small, two-room villa. It’s basic but alright. We’ve had a couple of minor issues, but service was super quick to sort them out. So far, we’re happy.

The location is good, and this place has massive potential, but the units are average and poorly built. They leak a lot or get mould in the rainy season, and there are loose wires all over that are dangerous for kids. The units are run down, so the owners need to step up and sort out their investments before they become unliveable. I live here, and I think the place badly needs Body Corporate style management. Each unit owner could pay a monthly levies fee and set up a legal business corporation, with an annual AGM (annual general meeting) to discuss problems and get them fixed.

It’s very inexpensive, and the place is quiet and secure. The villas are old and very dirty, though. For a small budget, it can work as a place to live. Service is quick if there’s a snake in the garden.
