Villa Rama Rama

We had a great stay in this villa. The housekeepers were lovely, and they did a great job preparing food for our five young kids. There are gates on all the stairs, which was helpful with the children. We'd recommend staying here and would come back.

We were 14 family members here over New Year and had a lovely stay. The villa was beautiful, the food delicious and the service excellent. Its elevated position meant fireworks were visible wherever you looked on New Year's Eve. Thanks for a memorable visit.

What has bothered me most as someone living on this street is the repeated noise. Several times a month, groups of around 20 guys stay at the villa, get drunk and scream loudly. I've asked them to keep it down because children nearby are trying to sleep, but it doesn't seem to make a difference. The housekeepers told me they have no say over guests and can't intervene, and there doesn't seem to be any control over who stays there. This feels like a wider problem along the street. If one house isn't having a party with loud music and all the doors open, another down the road is. Many rooms here are made of wood, so the noise carries. It's awful trying to reason with people when a business is spoiling the experience for everyone around it. That feels selfish and damaging to the community. I'm sure the place itself may be nice, but it seems to be run without much consideration for anyone else.

The villa felt like home after just two days, and the barbecue was great too. What stood out most was the hosting. The housekeeping family were so sweet and did their best to make every wish happen. Thanks so much for all the care and kindness.
