WG Hotel Jimbaran

The building and everything inside seem abandoned, with no one taking care of it. Please don’t book here. I’ve warned you, and I hope this helps.

We booked a room for our driver so he could get a proper rest, but when he arrived there wasn’t a single person there, no receptionist and no other guests. A message from reception told him to check himself in. There was no running water either, just two refillable water jugs left for him. The electricity token had run out, so he was alone in the dark in what felt like an abandoned building. We tried to complain and get reimbursed by the hotel or Traveloka, but neither made a real effort to sort it out. Don’t book this place, it’s a scam.

The photos are from seven years ago, apparently. Since then the hotel seems to have been left without cleaning or upkeep. It was completely abandoned, and I’ve never seen a place so filthy and disgusting. A scam. Do NOT book!

I paid for five days, but left after just one night and couldn’t get a refund. The bathroom was dirty, the doors wouldn’t lock, and there was no water in either the sink or shower. The shower head was broken, so staff had to bring water into the restroom. Such a waste of money.
