We paid 180k, so we expected something simple, but not this level of dirt. There were cockroaches, hair stuck on the sink, and more hair on the floor. Under the bed, there was everything you can name. Cheap means simple to me, but cleanliness is basic.

I paid through the Traveloka app for my reservation of four rooms, but the guesthouse owner gave them to customers who checked in offline. There was no explanation or apology. This was very disappointing.

On arrival, the staff were rude and unhelpful. The bathroom was dirty, with no toilet paper or towel. Their friends took up most of the room in the cafe, if you can call it that. They sat around smoking and chatting through the night, still going at 3.30 am. Do not stay here.

The restaurant was great, and the staff were nice. It was quiet too, and the room was clean, with hot water and AC. A relatively good homestay.

For the money, the quality was nice, but I had to wait while the lady stayed on her phone for ten minutes before giving me the key. There were no towels, soap, or toilet paper. I asked, then waited again for her to finish playing on her phone. In the end, I still didn't get toilet paper or soap.
