The family room was spacious, and the hot shower worked well. But the service wasn't good, the power went out several times, and there was no Wi-Fi in the room. I booked for four guests but got only three bottles of water and three toiletry sets. There was a blanket on just one bed. Please improve these things, and I'd be glad to stay again on a future vacation.

Everything was fine, apart from the lack of a dispenser, hot water, or even a water heater. The family room wasn't overly excessive, as it provided hot water/a dispenser.
