The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and breakfast had plenty of tasty options. My room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space and a nice design. I had a pleasant stay at Neo Hotel Jakarta, and it felt like good value for the price.

Mr. Sahrul made check-in quick and hassle-free, and the service was great. I stayed for 3 days and was very satisfied. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable to rest in. Breakfast had a decent variety and was filling, about what I’d expect at a 3-star hotel. The location is excellent, close to the mall and just a few minutes from the airport. I’d recommend it for a comfortable stay with friendly service and a convenient location.

The room was clean and cozy for our staycation for my kids birthday, and the team helped with a birthday greeting too. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Thanks to kak Ahmad for assisting, and to security for responding quickly and helping with the luggage. pak Andri was so kind. Definitely coming back next trip ❤️

Housekeeping deserves a thank you, especially @febiyana. I was very satisfied with the service at Hotel NEO Puri Indah, Kembangan. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for its class, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s in a strategic spot near Lippo Mall Puri and several restaurants.

Rachma at the front desk was very helpful. The bed is firm, the surroundings are clean, and the room is excellent. Breakfast suited a short business trip. It’s a budget hotel with 5 stars service.
