Terrible service. The room was dirty, had cockroaches, and smelled of cigarettes. What kind of hotel is this? I'm so fed up.

I had a bad stay here. The water smelled, and the service was unfriendly.

At 10 am I went to shower, but the water pressure was already low. When I tried rinsing the hose, no water came out at all. Is this really how a hotel in the middle of the city manages its water supply? Staying here was quite a learning experience.

The security guard, who also seemed to be the receptionist, was friendly. The room itself was decent, and the location is very strategic, but the cleanliness really needs work. I had to flush worms out of the bathroom and threw a cockroach out of the room. The AC was loud and seemed poorly maintained, though it did cool the room. The TV wouldn't turn on, and while the shower had a heater, the water wasn't hot or clean. Parking was just adequate for my four-wheeled vehicle. It could do for a short break while you're in Wonosari, but there's plenty that could be improved. Thank you.

It's quite a way from central Jogja. The staff were friendly, though parking is still a bit tight. The bathroom looked a little neglected and the AC wasn't very cold, but all in all it was pretty good.
