It works well enough, though the TV wasn’t functioning properly. A rack for raincoats or helmets could also help make the facilities more useful and the place more comfortable.

At 350 a night, I expected towels to be provided. The service also wasn’t very friendly.

I ended up booking this homestay through WhatsApp yesterday because everything was full on the booking app. The basic service and facilities were much like other accommodation, but the room itself made for an uncomfortable night. The mattress was flat and bulged in the middle, which was especially hard to sleep on because my wife is pregnant. The water heater didn’t get hot at all, only lukewarm, and that wasn’t enough to warm us in Dieng’s cold weather. Even for a one-night stay, travelers need a comfortable place to recover from the journey. At 250k for a room like this, I don’t think the price was worth it. I hope these issues will be taken into consideration. Thank you.
