Arkananta Villa

The dining area and living room look great, with a stylish feel that’s still very Jogja banget, cozy, and fancy. I can’t quite say what makes the villa feel so homey, but I was seriously comfortable staying here. One of my best stays in Jogja. The only downside was the very limited car parking.

The communal dining room in the middle is a great place to eat, talk, work, or meet other guests, and there’s a cafe too. I didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t say how the food is. The location is strategic, with restaurants and attractions nearby. Parking is spacious, and access for people with disabilities is easy. I was only here in transit, but found it very comfortable. From outside the hotel looks ordinary, but inside it’s lovely. The place is quiet and homey, and I think it’s a 'Syariah' hotel. There are family rooms, the service is very friendly, and you can make your own free coffee or tea from the dispenser.

The hotel’s design mixes modern minimalism with traditional touches, giving it a warm, homey feel. You really have to see it yourself. The staff are truly friendly, warm, and helpful, no exaggeration. During my stay, there was a free self-serve coffee and tea bar available 24/7, handy for a morning drink before heading out to explore Yogyakarta. A nice little hotel to stay at, highly recommended!

There were lots of ants in the room, so make sure you finish your food and don't leave it open on the table. The staff are friendly and the room is spacious. Great stay, and I’ll definitely come back with friends.
