The staff are warm and genuinely helpful, and the location is strategic. I’ve stayed here for long visits several times and will definitely come back.

I don’t think this was worth the money. There aren’t any special facilities, and the room felt overpriced. The AC didn’t work well, so I left it off all night, and then the room got quite hot once the sun came up. My device also wouldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi, and I don’t know why. In the middle of the night, the building’s fire alarm rang for no clear reason and woke everyone on the floor, which was worrying. It took the crew a long time to deal with it. You can get better service and facilities somewhere else for less.

The room made for a rough night. The towels and other fabric items smelled like piss, the AC barely put out cold air at night, and there was a cockroach. They’d hidden my clothes behind a curtain, which was a hassle since they use the phone service from bed to confirm the room number. They did try to help in the end. The food was decent, the TV had good channels, and the service was excellent. Still, the room is what you’re stuck with overnight. 5/10.

I’m happy with my stay here, and so far I don’t have anything to complain about. One suggestion: adding a portable refrigerator to each standard room would make them more valuable.
