The owner was kind and very friendly, but I eventually decided to move because the price didn’t match the facilities. The bedrooms and mattresses were small, and I felt I could get much better facilities elsewhere in Yogyakarta for the same amount. From 2021 to 2022, I rented a room here. For my first month, I paid 2.3 million rupiah for a first-floor room with a private bathroom, but it had no TV or wardrobe. The next month, I moved upstairs and paid 1.8 million rupiah per month. There was a wardrobe on the second floor, but the bathroom was shared, and there was still no TV in the room.

There’s a full kitchen to use and a free washing machine, and they provide a water filter, so there’s no need to buy drinking water. The room is spacious with a high ceiling, in a quiet, private place away from the ‘macet’. It’s not too far from central Malioboro. Grab and Gojek are easy to get and cost a reasonable amount. Really good value for money, highly recommended. 👍🏻

I always stay here when I visit jogja because it’s super clean and quiet. The room has a big mirror, which I love, plus towels, soap, and shampoo. You can borrow an iron, hair dryer, and even praying equipment. They serve bread for breakfast. The one downside is they don’t provide toothpaste, so remember to bring some. I love this place!

There’s a small carpot with room for 3 or 4 cars, plus lots of bikes, and it was easy to find. The place is clean, with cleaners coming every day. Breakfast includes bread and a couple of jams, and there’s a water heater and AC in the room. It’s no smoking, for sure. The only drawback is there’s no wash basin. I really enjoyed staying here!

It felt like home, with a kitchen for cooking and water refills. The host puts out bread each morning, and I cooked scrambled eggs too. There are seasonings, eggs, noodles, spaghetti, sauce, and bread in the refrigerator, all free to use and cook. You can bring a motorcycle or bike here as well. I really love this place and will come back!
