I changed my dates twice, and my planned week-long stay ended up being only two days. Since I canceled or rescheduled at least a month ahead, they refunded the full amount with no deductions. The admin was great and made sorting out my complicated stay easy. The facilities all worked and were complete for a reasonable price. Thanks for your service. 🙏🏻

The price felt too high, and it wasn't parent-friendly, with so many stairs and steps. We also had a bad experience with the power going out often when all the ACs were on. One bathroom door wouldn't lock, so only two of the three bathrooms were usable.

The house was pretty clean, and the location is excellent, right in the center and close to everything. But the layout isn't suitable for seniors. I felt sorry for a grandmother staying there yesterday who had to go up and down all the stairs between the living room and kitchen, even though they're on the same floor. I was also disappointed about the bathrooms: they advertised three, one en-suite and two outside, but one outside bathroom had no key. It could only be used once, so we couldn't use it for three of our four days. They installed the key on the fourth day, but by then I was used to the other two bathrooms and didn't use it.

All the rooms were clean. The house has four air-conditioned bedrooms, Wi-Fi, three bathrooms, a living room, a family room, a kitchen, a double-door refrigerator, a kitchenette, and a washing machine. Booked through the tiket.com app, and the service was friendly.
