Hotel O Near Tugu Yogyakarta 1 formerly Crown Residence

The bathroom and bed cover were really dirty. The sink was useless, the cupboard was wobbly, and the AC barely got cold. The TV was dead and the water heater didn't work. Just filthy, -10000.

I'm really disappointed. The hotel is dark and dirty, and looks nothing like the photos on Agoda. It's very close to TUGU, and the location gives it a lot of potential. Hopefully they make improvements in the future.

The entrance smelled like garbage, and the room had a damp smell. The toilet was dirty and covered in cigarette butts. I couldn't take it, so I gave up on staying the night and booked another hotel.

The room had laundry for boarders and a washing machine in it. What kind of hotel is this? Even though I was tired and just wanted to rest when I arrived, they put me in a boarding room. The bed was spring-loaded, the AC didn't work at all, and the mattress, pillows, and sheets were dirty. The first day I got there, I checked out straight away and found another decent hotel. I booked through Traveloka, but the photos were from the building's early construction days. Don't trust what's posted on Traveloka, Oyo, or similar sites. This isn't a hotel, it's a boarding house!!! The owner refused to refund me and asked for photos of the “hotel,” even though he should know what the building looks like. He owns a Kranggan gold shop. Traveloka isn't selective about its partners. They ask customers for proof to prosecute poor quality hotels that are taking money that isn't theirs. This is a complete scam!!! Turns out Koh Bing's successor is greedy and taking ill-gotten gains. Poor Koh Bing. Photo scam!!! Don't choose this hotel if you don't want to regret it!!!
