The street has pretty much everything nearby, from restaurants and bars to shops and massage, and you can get those services at the accommodation too. Our first-floor room was really quiet despite the busy area, and it was roomy, nicely furnished, with a great mattress and pillow. We spent a few nights here and found the staff friendly and helpful. Loved the pool as well. A fantastic stay, highly recommend.

The spot behind the hotel has plenty going on, with cafés, bars, restaurants, and Portuguese, Italian, Asian, and local food, plus a mix of local tourists and international visitors. The city center is about a 15-16 minute drive away. I stayed several days and found the hotel clean, cozy, and affordable, with good value for the money. The lobby restaurant and café made it easy to get coffee, drinks, or food, whether for breakfast or a casual meal. The pool was well cared for and a nice place to unwind after being out. My room was spotless and maintained with care; housekeeping cleaned it daily. Staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and everything was well organized. I’d gladly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Jogja and stay again myself.

The rooms are a bit old, but they’re big and cozy. The staff are especially nice, very friendly.

I was considering a staycation here, but after lunch at the new restaurant, Pengilon, I changed my mind. An intern took photos and video of my friend and me without asking while we were eating. I asked them to delete it, but the damage had already been done, and I left very disappointed. It felt like the hotel wasn’t respecting guests’ privacy. The management and staff seemed not to have taught the intern basic manners and ethics, and I bet their own staff haven’t been taught either.
