For the location and price, the stay was worth it, but I was disappointed by the rather unfriendly service yesterday. I stayed two nights. The rules about fines felt very strict. The blanket was thin and small, almost like a towel, and the bathroom had dirt, dust, and sand all over.

The location is the one real advantage, and the service was fairly good. I chose a large room to fit an extra bed, but the mattress was small and the room was dirty. The door wouldn't shut properly unless it was locked first. The bathroom was dirty and smelly, and the extra bed was only a thin folding mattress. The blanket felt like towel material too. I hope these things get fixed.

The admins were all kind and friendly. It's also close to the market and Malioboro.

It's a comfortable place with clean rooms and complete facilities, including AC and hot water. Malioboro is just a two-minute walk away.

The staff were really friendly and even helped carry my suitcase. The AC was cold, and my room was clean and comfortable. After looking for a place to stay in Jogja for a long time, this was the best one I found. I'd recommend it and stay here again next time I'm in Jogja.
