We spent seven days at Lamora, and the service from the staff was so good. Special thanks to Eko, who came to our rescue when our choir group from the Philippines needed help packing our competition trophies. We won, yey! Eko brought us boxes for them, and one of my choir mates already knew how kind he was. Thank you, Lamora, and especially Eko!

Breakfast at the restaurant on the lobby floor was varied and tasty. In the medium-sized room, we had standard amenities: a TV, air conditioning, a small fridge, a kettle for coffee and tea, and two bottles of water. The bathroom had towels, liquid bath soap and shampoo, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. The hotel is on Prof. Herman Johannes street, with parking both underground and in front. Staff will help with parking. The lobby isn't especially spacious, but it's cozy, and the receptionist greeted us warmly. Please enjoy the photos.

The location was convenient and the service was good. The room was very hot because the air conditioner hadn't been checked before guests arrived. I had to complain.

I could get around to the city's main attractions easily from this central spot, and the mall, cafes, and hangouts were all within easy reach. My room looked out over the city, a view I could happily spend hours taking in. The room itself was cozy, with comfortable bedding and thoughtful details, and stayed peaceful despite being in the middle of town. The staff were warm and attentive, which added comfort to the stay. This city hotel turned out to be a hidden gem and surpassed my expectations.

We stayed one night with the family before heading out of town again. The accommodation was good value, and we all slept well, which was what mattered.
