I had a really enjoyable stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. There is parking, though the space is somewhat limited. The location makes it easy to get to tourist spots around Yogyakarta, so I'd recommend the place to visitors. A big thank you to the staff for the great service, especially Mba Dini, who was incredibly helpful.

The staff were friendly and the service was decent, and the hotel is near malioboro. I did enjoy splashing around in the pool despite everything else, and I can see that ohana has a concept with potential. I almost felt bad writing this, but the place looks like heaven in the tiktok ads, so I wanted to warn people. I stayed in the freesia room, which apparently wasn't as bad as other one-star reviews, and maybe kids who don't notice the details could enjoy the pool. No hate, and I hope management takes this seriously and improves things. The room wasn't maintained well, despite the ads and reviews. It has the makings of a lovely boutique hotel, but upkeep is lacking. There were lots of red and black ants, lizards, and even a large centipede-looking insect. Wash cutlery and plates again before using them, since you don't know what's been on them. The toilet bowl was loose because the sealant underneath had broken, so leaning too far to one side could make it tip. That also let urine, feces, and sewage smells escape. The toilet door wouldn't lock. Hot water only worked after we asked staff for help, and then it was either VERY HOT or cold, rarely a comfortable temperature. The hot and cold tap directions were reversed, too. The power went out at 4 a.m., though that may not have been their fault. There were visible worn spots around the room. The sofa smelled like feet, was uncomfortable, and had no pillows to lean on. The stairs were shaky and creaky, and felt dangerous to walk on. The pool had particles floating in it and didn't look clean. It did smell of chlorine, which was a plus. As a competitive swimmer, I've seen cleaner pools, even at my old army camp. The Wi-Fi was very unstable and slow, and the towel smelled suspicious, so I'm not sure it had been washed properly. On the first day, they only made the beds instead of cleaning the room. Things improved a little after we complained, but under the sofa and stairs never seemed to get swept, and some dirt was still there after cleaning.

The bed felt a bit thin and wasn't comfortable, and the lobby is really small. The parking lot only fits four cars. It wasn't that good.

We stayed in a large room with two big bedrooms and a cozy living room, with space for six people. It's a nice spot for a family trip to Jogja, and fairly close to several city attractions. Parking is limited, but the attendant was very helpful and moved the car to another spot.

I stayed in the hydrangea room and found it dirty. It needs a deep clean. Dirt had built up in the corners, apparently left behind when the floor was mopped. The supervisor may not have checked the room after housekeeping finished. The sofa was very worn and had a dirty stain that I found disgusting. If the hotel can't replace it, they should put in one of the existing chairs instead. I also found a leech in the bathroom, which surprised me since the hotel isn't near a garden or jungle. I later saw another guest had complained about the same room. Future guests should ask for a different one unless management addresses this feedback. I'm writing this to help the hotel improve, not to hurt the business. Please do something about it, even if it doesn't take much money. Thank you.
