We stayed in Villa A1. It’s spacious and in a convenient spot inside a housing complex, near the main road, Alfamart, and Indomart. But the villa didn’t look like the photos, and it wasn’t clean. The damp room had leaks and mold, including a leak in the main bedroom. The downstairs bathroom was badly crusted and gross. The downstairs dispenser was broken; I reported it on WhatsApp and got no reply. There were no tissues, so we had to buy some. The upstairs TV shown in the photos wasn’t installed, and the first-floor cable TV only had one channel. Please pay more attention to cleanliness going forward. Thank you.

There are bicycles available, and the location is convenient for Alfa and Indomaret. A1 sleeps seven, with two bunk beds, one single and one queen, plus large sofas you can lie down on. It also has a kitchen, water dispenser, and refrigerator.

We arrived to find the pull-out mattress without a sheet. At first the admin said it wasn’t an extra bed and hadn’t been set up, though the ad showed it made up, so guests could reasonably expect to use it. After confirming over WhatsApp, they did agree to add a sheet. There were several cleanliness and maintenance problems. The refrigerator shelves still had food stains, and the dish rack by the sink and the items beneath it were dirty, though the outside of the kitchen drawers was clean. The cutlery inside those drawers was dirty too. The bedroom walls were damp and the paint was peeling. The upstairs toilet smelled of sewage. Water pressure in the bathroom was weak, the shower couldn’t be used, and we had to use a bucket. When water was running downstairs, the level got very low. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom lights were dim, and the bedroom lights were difficult to switch on and seemed about to go out. Owner, please take better care of the villa’s cleanliness and make sure things are in order before guests arrive. Tired guests have to keep bringing issues to the admin or guards.

We’d happily stay again. The house was spacious and clean, and its urban location was easy to reach. Supermarkets, gas stations, cafes, and restaurants are nearby, so it works well for a big family or group.
