The rooms are roomy enough for a big family, and there are air conditioning and private bathrooms in each one. It's a comfortable, clean resort with plenty of parking, plus a dining space, kitchen, and meeting rooms. Kukup Beach is only about a five-minute walk away.

The best views are from the upper floor. It's a quiet, clean, comfortable hotel on Kukup Beach, with nice scenery and a good range of facilities. There are rooms on both the upper and lower levels.

The price is reasonable. There are three roomy bedrooms, two beds in the living room, and three large tables in the front room. A kitchen is available, and plates and a box of drinking glasses are provided. The water flow is a little slow, but steady.
