The local cultural concept comes through in the landscape, architecture, and garden. A lovely place for a holiday in Jogjakarta.

The views were lovely, and the receptionist was very kind. We rented two large villas, but the rooms were dusty and very dirty, with lots of gecko droppings. I even found maggots on the floor and in the bathroom. Breakfast portions were very small, and the breakfast staff were unfriendly. The room phone didn't work either. Cleanliness really needs attention. Thank you.

Came here first in 2014, then returned with my family in 2025. It feels cozy, and everything looks good with the expanded area.

The bed was filthy, the place was dirty, and there were rats around the pool. They don't clean your room. It was advertised as a hotel, but what we got felt more like a homestay. Hot water was limited, and bottled hot water cost extra. Breakfast was only served from 6 to 9, with limited food and a very long wait for refills.

The pool was clean and quiet, and swimming there was nice, especially around noon when hardly anyone else was around. It felt almost like having a private pool. The swimming fee also seemed reasonable compared with hotels in the same price range.
