The hotel needs quite a few improvements, especially in the bedroom at the back. I hope they replace the bedsheets and lamp, and get the bathroom service into better shape too.

The location is convenient for visiting the palace, Taman Sari, and the south square. If you're hungry, restaurants are an easy walk away, and finding breakfast is simple. The hotel and parking area are spacious. Service was good. The bathroom supplies were complete, rubbish and rooms were cleaned daily, the wardrobe had hangers, and mineral water was provided each day. Family rooms also got extra towels. A few things were missing: no floor mat and no tissues in the room, though there were tissues in the bathroom. Towels were changed daily, but some looked dull while others were white, and they didn't smell fresh. Maybe management could work with a laundry service or towel supplier. The blanket still seemed not quite clean. White fabric is hard to wash, but they could make better use of the many whitening products available.

My room's AC couldn't be switched off or turned down, so it got really cold, haha. Still, the room was clean, the shower was great, and there was hot water. The bed was comfortable too, enough for a good night's rest.
