The staff were really nice and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. The carpeted room looked a little old, but it was clean with hardly any dust, and there were lots of power sockets. The TV didn't connect to its network automatically for some reason. The bathtub was great, though I wish the shower handle were somewhere other than above the tub, since taking a standing shower was awkward. Food was okay. A great experience overall, and I'd definitely come back.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were complete and well maintained. Hotel New Saphir Yogyakarta is in a convenient location and offers good value for money. The rooms were clean and fairly spacious, so it works for both short and longer visits. A handy choice when visiting Yogyakarta.

Even though I was there for just one night, the staff were so friendly and helpful. They did a lot for me, as I have a sensitive nose and ears. Special thanks to Ias, Vitri, Litha, the Manager, and everyone else. You're such a nice, great team!

The bed was comfortable and clean, and the staff were polite and friendly. The hotel is about 4KM from Marioboro commercial district, in a strategic location. Breakfast should suit most people.

The food was the best part of my stay at Hotel New Saphir Yogyakarta. The restaurant has plenty of tasty dishes, and breakfast offers a strong selection, from local food to international options. There’s a large statue by the pool that gives the area a grand, almost mythical feel and makes it a nice place to relax. The hotel is quite old and could use modernization, but the spacious rooms were well maintained, and the service was friendly and accommodating. I found it good value for money and would consider staying again.
