At night, Selasar Malioboro is a great spot to hang out, with lots of local food and drinks nearby. The homestay is just a one-minute walk from Tugu station, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The price is reasonable, and I liked the batik-style bed cover. You can try tasty local food made by mas Budi and his wife, including mendoan, banana fritters, coffee, tea, and fried chicken. Motorbikes and cars are available for rent too.

For an affordable stay, the service was really good. The owner was friendly and even suggested a few places for us to visit. Definitely worth the price.
