I was supposed to check in for two days, but I ended up deciding not to stay and there was no refund. So I guess that money was a donation. 👎👎👎 For the same price, other capsule hotels have very different facilities. Here there are no bag lockers, no hot water, the toilet smells bad, and it won't flush. Definitely do not recommend!!!

For the price, I think it’s decent, especially if you just need somewhere to sleep for a night or two. The capsule setup makes that pretty clear. 👌🏼👌🏼 I got a good deal through Agoda. My room was clean and tidy, with a small overhead locker that couldn’t fit a bag, so I put mine on top. There’s a 50,000 IDR deposit, or you can leave your ID as collateral. After checkout I realized I’d lost my charger and called reception straight away. They were really helpful and found it for me. The shared areas could use work. The walkway through the capsule area is narrow and has suitcases and shoes stored in it, so it looks messy and you need to watch your step. The AC feels undersized for the big space and number of capsules, and it wasn’t very cool inside, with limited airflow. The capsule itself is dark, while the ceiling lights are glaring when switched on. It would be better if they were on the wall above the headboard. The men’s bathroom was a bit dirty and smelly, and only one of the two toilets worked. The hot water stopped working too, even though the heater is visible above the sink mirror. Noise from the barbershop at the front carries through the place. It would be great if they could improve the quality. Hehehe.
