Wilde Ballybunion

This was our second visit, and we felt right at home again. The rooms are decorated with great taste, the customer service is lovely, and the food is so delicious. Beautifully presented, with the taste and presentation of a 4* Hotel. Thanks so much for everything. We’ll definitely be back 😉😀

The rooms were clean and the decor modern, with a decent restaurant. It’s good value in a lovely spot overlooking the castle and seafront. A few small things could be better: the breakfast bread was stale, the downstairs music was loud and unnecessary, and the rooms could use somewhere to open luggage, or even a table and chair for reading.

We had an awesome three night stay at The Wilde Hotel. The weather at the beach wasn’t always warm, but it didn’t dampen our spirits, and we hope to return and enjoy this wonderful, Wilde experience again. The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable, and having tea and coffee in the room was a bonus. Breakfast was delicious and the dinners outstanding, with delightful presentation every time. We decided at short notice to divert after a wedding and stayed overnight. We really enjoyed it and would definitely come back. It’s a small hotel in a great location, though the lack of on-site parking can be awkward. The room was small but clean and comfortable, and the service was very good. For a small hotel, the food and wine are way above what you’d expect.
