The host, Bernadette, gave me a warm welcome, and the property was lovely and quiet, set back from the road. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a private bathroom and a large soaking tub, which was a real treat after hiking the Dingle Way. There was a kettle, tea, and instant coffee in the room. For dinner, the Anchor is the closest restaurant, about five minutes away, and there aren't any groceries nearby. It's a good choice for a peaceful night, but there was no breakfast. The Google photos and listing are out of date.

This is a lovely family home, and you can tell Bernadette takes real pride in keeping it in excellent condition. The rooms were roomy and exceptionally clean, with very soft towels and comfortable beds. She was welcoming and accommodating even though we hadn't booked ahead, and luckily she had a room available. A few things to know: payment is cash only, and breakfast isn't provided. That was fine for us, since there are a few places to eat a few kilometres from her lovely B&B.

A note for future guests: this is accommodation only, with no food or breakfast and no access to a kitchen or reception area. We arrived around 6 pm, when clouds came down over part of the mountains, making the already breathtaking mountain and valley views even more scenic. The owner kindly turned on the heating when we were feeling a bit chilly. It's the sort of place we'd love to visit again.

It was hard to leave such a peaceful spot, where all we could really hear were birds and cows. The rooms are huge, and our en suite had both a bath and shower. The shower was amazing, breakfast was plentiful, and the place was great value. It's a beautiful B&B in a stunning location, and the perfect host, Bernadette, helped make our first trip to Ireland so memorable. We'll be back in a heartbeat to explore more and see her again.

We only stayed one night and wished we could have had longer. Bernadette was as sweet as could be, and we really enjoyed the full Irish breakfast. The rooms were spacious, including the large en suite bathroom, and the grounds were immaculate. If we're lucky enough to visit again, we'll stay here.
