I booked through booking.com with free cancellation up to 30 days before, then a partial charge after that. But the property tried to take payment from my card two and a half months before the stay. When I called to check what was going on, they were rude and just kept shouting that it was non-refundable and telling me to cancel. They didn't try to help or even acknowledge there might be a mistake, whether on the property's side or booking.com's. I've never had this happen with booking.com before. I understand this is a tough time for businesses, but there's no excuse for being impolite or unhelpful. If you have a summer booking for 2021, make sure they don't charge you without permission.

It's quiet and very handy for walking into Bundoran town. Basic, but really clean, with the essentials for six people. The beds aren't very comfortable, and rain is noisy through the skylights in two of the three bedrooms. There's no downstairs toilet. The bathroom is spacious but has no shower, though the ensuite has an electric one.

We'd definitely come back to this lovely home from home. It was spotless, right in the centre, and had every convenience we could ask for, including loads of hot water. The gentleman who checked us out was really pleasant. I'd absolutely recommend it.

Quiet, clean and simple, right in the middle of town. Handy for a surf break, and there's a tumble dryer.
