The centre was so clean, and the staff and Manager were friendly. We were out on the lake with a group and had tasty soup and sandwiches from Lough Lannagh for lunch. Before our course began, we also had lovely scones and coffee.

The kids had a great time here, and there’s plenty to do nearby. The site is clean, relaxed, and friendly, with helpful, welcoming staff and everything kept in good shape. This was our second stay at Lough Lannagh Campsite, and we enjoyed it as much as the first. It’s turning into a summer tradition for us, so we’ll be back.

Even with the wet weather, we had a good experience. The lakeside walks are pretty, and it’s easy to walk into town for the pubs and restaurants. The location is excellent, and the place is clean, well laid out, and has friendly, helpful people.

All 3 cottages were spotless and made a great base for our time in Castlebar and Galway. We appreciated the warm welcome from Ronan and the whole team at Lough Lannagh, including the scones. The breakfast was yummy too. Thanks for a wonderful visit from start to finish!

We’ve stayed in Lough Lanagh for the Castlebar four days walk for 25 years. It’s handy for families, with a play park, gymnasium, swimming pool, and skateboard park all within 4 minutes. The shopping centre is a 10 minute walk away. Highly recommend it for the location and cleanliness.
