We were very happy with our stay. The room was large and clean, and the kids loved the pool and the kids club, where the staff were fantastic. The restaurant had a lovely range of delicious food, too. Everyone was friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. The Claregalway hotel is also well placed for visiting important attractions around Galway.

The young staff really impressed us, they were professional, clearly well trained, and gave great service. We spent three nights at this lovely modern hotel, about 20 minutes from the city centre. Our room was spotless and spacious, and we really enjoyed staying here.

The hotel makes a handy base for seeing the area and is just outside Galway city. It’s good value, with friendly, helpful staff and useful facilities including a pool, gym and restaurant. Our room was spacious and generally clean, although a few parts of the hotel seem dated and could use updating.

The food at the Bia bar was excellent, especially the soups, which were so tasty. The waiting staff and everyone else we met were friendly and helpful, and our room was spotless. We’ve just finished a lovely midweek stay, and the hotel is handy for Galway city. We’ll be back. 😀

We had a private area for a family dinner to celebrate our daughter’s christening, and the food was lovely. The restaurant staff and management made us feel very welcome on her big day and even gave her a gift. The gym and leisure facilities are great as well.
