We were given a large set of rooms for the price of a double room, and both bedrooms looked out over the lake. They were well equipped, with tea and coffee making facilities. The host was attentive and gave us good suggestions for local drives and walks. Breakfast had a wide choice of continental and Irish options, including decaffeinated coffee. The B&B is in a picturesque spot across the road from a lake, with lovely views of the nearby hills. Highly recommended.

The host was charming, and we enjoyed the lake view from this spot near the city Center. Breakfast was good too. There’s lots to do around Clifden, including the Castle and National park of Connemara.

The room was very clean, and Clifden is just a short drive away or a 15 minute walk. A fantastic stay, with a great breakfast.

The views are lovely and it’s a great place. Just be aware it’s now only available as a whole-house rental by the week, not as a B&B.
