Amazing, they drill and do work right above your room, so they can wake you before your alarm. Highly recommend. Edit 1: The showers have just one temperature, scalding hot. Great if you like getting burned! And the pans are apparently free to use, with enough cancerous levels to make lead poisoning seem like nothing. No remedy for the black rust that ends up in your home-cooked food. Very homely. I'll add photos of the pan soon ♥️

Because of unforeseen circumstances, I told Copley Court well in advance that I couldn't make my booking for August 15th. I asked for a partial refund, but they charged me €91 for a room I never used and didn't reply to my last message. Maybe it's legal, but it didn't feel ethical or hospitable.

Parking here is an absolute nightmare, and at night it's very noisy because you can hear absolutely everything. The rooms themselves were nice, but this was genuinely one of the worst places we've ever stayed.

Email support was quick, and replies fixed the outdated WiFi login details in the room almost immediately. But on my last morning I emailed at 9:12 to ask about checkout and a late checkout, then tried again half an hour later and got no answer. At about 9:55, while I was still in bed, a new guest came into my room. A few hours later the property said checkout was at 10 and the cleaners had entered then, though that wasn't what happened. They also said I should have called, even though email had worked on earlier days. I'm autistic, so calling isn't something I will do. Getting in was difficult too. The entrance is in the courtyard at the back, on the left. In daylight you can wander around until you find it. When I arrived late at night, a group of women smoking weed were sitting in front of the gates and laughing as I tried to work out where the entrance was. It might be great for students, but as someone visiting in summer, I didn't find it so great.
