We had two rooms and took over the whole unit. Both were comfortable, spacious, and very nice. In the terrace unit, the bathroom connects to the bedroom. The mountain unit has a huge bathroom of its own, but it’s separate from the bedroom. There’s plenty of parking at the unit or just opposite, and town is a 10-15-minute walk away. For dinner, I recommend Land and Sea, a Michelin-recommended restaurant. The early bird two- or three-course price is cheaper if you eat between 5pm and 6:30pm.

The outdoor patio was a lovely extra, and the beds were comfortable with a great shower. Everything was spotlessly clean, warm, and comfortable. It’s fabulous accommodation, just a two-minute stroll from town. I’d definitely stay again.

We didn’t meet the hosts, and got the keys from a safe. We stayed in Apartment 2. Apartment 1 apparently has its own bathroom and terrace. There are two accommodations on site, each for up to two people on the ground floor, and parking is free. It’s a nice base for hiking from the village and staying in Dingle, but after booking our expectations were too high. The advertised mountain view was disappointing, more a hill view. The refrigerator in the room became extremely loud every two hours, making it impossible to sleep with it running. Our private bathroom was across the hallway rather than in the room. Each time we needed the toilet, we had to cross the shared hall and unlock and lock the bathroom door. There was no bathroom window, and poor ventilation left it extremely damp. There was practically no storage space in there either. The wooden doors made crossing the hall quite noisy, and the accommodation overall was very noisy.

Friendly communication and a clean room, in a great spot near the centre, about an eight-minute walk. Highly recommended.
